Our mission is to advance Black American economic restoration through organized spending, support for Black-owned businesses, ownership, financial education, homeownership preparation, local organizing, leadership development, responsible community development, and intergenerational wealth building.
We are building a permanent public home that connects people, businesses, organizations, and institutions around practical pathways to learn, connect, and build. The organization is currently in its foundation-building stage, with governance, partnerships, programs, and local organizing systems being developed responsibly.

Our goals turn the mission into clear areas of work. Each goal will grow only as responsible governance, qualified partners, funding, and organizational capacity are established.
STRENGTHEN ECONOMIC PARTICIPATION
Encourage organized spending, stronger support for Black-owned businesses, entrepreneurship, financial education, workforce pathways, ownership, and homeownership readiness.
CONNECT LOCAL ACTION TO A NATIONAL VISION
Help builders identify community priorities, map local assets, develop responsible plans, share useful tools, and connect lessons across cities and states while respecting independent local leadership.

RENEE NEAL
Founder, Visionary & Interim Organizing PresidentRenee Neal is the Founder, original visionary, and mission steward of New Black Wall Streets Across America. She developed and advanced the movement’s founding vision, name, public identity, organizing direction, initial program framework, application process, member materials, and foundation-building effort. As Interim Organizing President, she coordinates the formation stage: protecting the mission, organizing applications and orientation, guiding governance and policy drafts, convening meetings, and building the responsible systems needed for future work. Her founding mission centers on Black American economic restoration through organized spending, Black-owned business support, ownership, financial education, homeownership preparation, local organizing, leadership development, responsible community development, and intergenerational wealth building.
DR. MICHAEL ADAMS
Leadership Participant | Interim Vice President & Operations SupportDr. Michael Adams brings experience as a retired school counselor and youth program director to the foundation-building work of New Black Wall Streets Across America. His background and service interests span education and workforce development, technology, marketing, volunteer coordination, chapter development, governance, and fundraising support. As a leadership participant supporting operations, he helps translate the founding direction into organized plans, meeting coordination, action tracking, document readiness, team communication, and accountable follow-through. His contribution supports the movement’s goal of turning shared purpose into responsible structure while governance and future programs continue to develop.

Amarion Atkinson is the Founder and Chief Architect of Obsidian Motor Group, a next-generation automotive engineering ecosystem built to merge high-performance innovation with cultural restoration and Black economic advancement. His multi-regional upbringing fuels his commitment to designing institutions that strengthen Black communities nationwide. As an engineer, systems architect, and visionary strategist, he leads the development of advanced automotive technologies while advocating for Black empowerment, economic mobility, business networks, ownership, and generational opportunity.
Earl Hughes is a retired telecommunications professional with more than four decades of combined experience in advanced electronics, military communications, and systems infrastructure. He served for 22 years as a Navy Communicator, managing mission-critical communication networks, tactical systems, and secure information channels. He later spent 20 years as an electronics engineer in the telecommunications industry, working with complex electronic systems and communications technology.
We did not want to be remembered as people who only talked about what our communities needed. We wanted to be remembered as people who came together, organized, and did the serious work of building the institutions our communities deserve.
